    Estudio de los factores de éxito en las agencias operadoras de turismo de aventura y ecoturismo en San José del Guaviare

    The objective of this work is to establish the structure of the success factors for the tourism operating agencies in San José del Guaviare, through the quantitative and qualitative (mixed) method in order to strengthen the growth of the operators. It is carried out in the operating agencies of San José del Guaviare, since this is a city with great natural wealth, special for the development of adventure tourism and ecotourism activities, therefore, it is found in several agencies of this type in the Department . According to the study carried out, it is observed that the success factors are classified into three: personal, internal and external. Through the results of the interviews and surveys, the success factors are highlighted, an operating agency is strengthened and marketed competitively, customer loyalty and positioning in the market of products and services are achieved.
