Londoño-Lopez, Laura Alejandra; Quijano-Manosalva, Maria Alejandra; Nuncira-Cervantes, Wilson Alonso
The objective of this research is to analyze the determinants of ethical behavior of companies and how they affect their competitiveness at the international level. To achieve this purpose, the work was supported by the theoretical framework of the determinants of the ethical behavior of the company proposed by Charles Hills in his book Introduction to International Business, how to compete in the global market. For its execution, it was based on documentary research that allowed obtaining the results of this research. The results of the research show the importance of each of these determinants in the process of development and growth in companies, and how a company being ethically competitive generates distinctive advantages in the market, it is also concluded that companies that do not implement policies related to the determinants of ethical behavior lose their competitiveness, with a tendency to disappear in the market at national and international level.
