    The document, Optimization of the selection and hiring processes of SOCCA S.A.S personnel; It is done in order to suggest to the company possible solutions in the area of Human Talent Management. As a first step, it is identified as being in these processes currently, based on their results, the research that proposes the use of administrative tools such as data flows and load profiles, which allows a clearer vision of the correct operation of this. When these processes are optimized, the relations between the employer and the worker are improved, generating satisfaction for both parties. It is suggested to implement the use of the profile and the description of the shipments that inform the company of the right person at the same time as the collaborators in the functions to be performed, besides, to implement the flow chart of the selection and hiring process, which allows to the area of Human Talent Management a successful address.
