    Análisis de riesgos operativos en la gestión de proyectos de logística de transporte terrestre en el sector agrícola de Cundinamarca – Colombia

    An important factor in ensuring the efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of Cundinamarca's agricultural sector is the management of operational risks in project management related to road transportation logistics. Both internal and external factors have significantly impacted the region. This study aims to analyze the different operational risks that may arise and affect project management in road transportation logistics projects in Cundinamarca. It also identifies the main critical risk factors and proposes strategies for effective risk management. This analysis was conducted using a descriptive approach based on the review of scientific articles, standards, reports, and specialized literature focused on risk management, logistics, and project management. The main findings identified external risks such as deteriorated road infrastructure, insecurity, and regulatory instability, as well as internal risks including the lack of standardized processes, insufficient staff training, and the limited implementation of risk management methodologies. These factors lead to project delays, cost overruns, reduced product quality, and decreased competitiveness, directly affecting project management in logistics operations. It is concluded that implementing standards such as ISO 31000 and the PMI best practices, together with the use of traceability technologies, strengthening organizational resilience, and improving infrastructure, can reduce uncertainty and enhance project management performance in the agricultural sector.
