Análisis de las Estrategias de Mitigación del Riesgo Psicosocial en Teletrabajadores Administrativos en Colombia (2020–2026)
Lopez Ochoa John Andres; Puentes Paya Maricel; Herrera Ortega Veronica; Nancy Ximena Guevara Guevara
This monograph has as its main objective to analyze the Colombian legislation, technical guides and scientific literature published in a specific period between 2020 and 2026 on the management of psychosocial risk in administrative workers under the modality of telework. The study suggests that after the COVID-19 pandemic, this type of work modality had a significant increase in Colombian workers, leading us to an urgent need to identify strategies that contribute to the protection of mental health and the strengthening of the Occupational Safety Management System (SG-SST). The findings show that, although Colombia has a normative framework regulating telework and psychosocial risk management, gaps persist in the application of specific instruments to assess the risks arising from this type of work, such as self-assessment questionnaires, psychosocial assessments, interviews and remote observation. Some of the main factors are: social isolation, work overload, hyper-connectivity, difficulty with digital disconnection, and work-life imbalance. We conclude that it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of preventive strategies, which allow to promote the co-responsibility between employers, workers, and ARL, adapting assessment tools to the particularities of remote work, favoring healthy working environments, thereby protecting the mental health of Colombian workers
