    El imaginario colectivo en los procesos de concertación ciudadana en los planes de mejoramiento integral de barrios

    The research given by the research nursery and linked to the degree project is carried out in order to generate a methodology for the inclusion of the community in the formulation of public policies in the MIB taking into account the collective imagination, and the use of of two support methodologies, the first mixed that formulates a plan and a program instrumental for the development of the area, taking the academic and investigative approach articulates with the actions carried out by the district secretaries, the intervention of government and others, in order to reach a second methodology that allows us to interact with the community and establish the priorities that in this place on the part of MIB are necessary, from a social perspective, ensuring that these generate appropriation of them, there are participation of these, with this methodology and application we achieved 3 specific projects of intervention with the community, which shows us that by using a methodology of design by consensus, the ideas of the people to use the projects will be taken into account until the moment of its execution, not just as another meeting without socialization or expectations.
