    Alkomprar as a private credit institution, is aware of the importance of the implementation and formalization of a quality management system, as well as the optimal execution of its processes and adequate provision of its services, that is why a theoretical investigation is carried out - practice that aims to present a proposal to perform portfolio recovery through a quality management system for the company Alkomprar which is understood as a tool for continuous improvement, which when implemented in the company allows compliance with the objectives set by the organization and satisfaction of customers and interested parties. The present work is done taking into account the modules seen in the Quality Management Specialization, implementing each according to the main concepts reviewed, emphasizing and complying with the requirements established in the standard ISO 9001: 2015
