    This document consists in developing a model for the allocation of resources that requires minimizing the costs of the Prosegur company. The main objective is to deliver a model for the correct distribution of work shifts at the Bogotá effective center, minimizing the cost. It is intended to guide the decisions of the cash center manager to improve the quality indicator for each of the clients with whom he intervenes. The constant proposal of ten chapters in which they studied different topics according to the importance they reported to the study, this is limited taking into account the maximization of the operability and the objectives that the company has with its new products. Finally, we propose the model to follow, the conclusions and recommendations given in order to minimize the cost of resources.
