    In the present work the feasibility study for the creation of a gym is carried out in the El Tunal neighborhood, carrying out an investigation into the potential growth of fitness in the Bogotan culture, the most relevant concepts and the current legislation that corresponds. Through the application of surveys and fieldwork, it is possible to demonstrate the knowledge of fitness techniques and some aspects such as: the priorities of the target audience, the preferred training schedules, means and forms of payment; Likewise, a standard of guide price, in order to know the ability to pay, also, to know the interest in acquiring products related to fitness and the sensitivity of the market niche to the promotions presented. After collecting the information from the market study, it concludes with new strategies and service proposals, the marketing plan and the financial plan are developed.
