    Propuesta de mejora en la gestión de la formación para operaciones seguras en la empresa Montacargas Serviyaz S.A.S

    The objective of this study is to address training as a central element in occupational risk management and safe operation practices in the company Montacargas Serviyaz S.A.S., based on the recognition that poorly structured training programs can directly influence the occurrence of incidents and workplace accidents, especially in high-risk activities such as forklift operations. Using a descriptive and documentary approach, a theoretical and regulatory review was conducted, focused on risk management, safety culture, organizational learning, and compliance with the guidelines established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST). This analysis made it possible to identify the need to strengthen the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of training within the company, considering international standards such as ISO 45001:2018, as well as current national regulations. As a result, a structured improvement of the training process is proposed, aimed at developing technical, behavioral, and preventive competencies among workers, thereby contributing to the reduction of operational risks and the strengthening of the organizational safety culture. It is concluded that training should not be understood merely as a formal requirement, but as a strategic tool for business sustainability and the protection of workers’ life and health.
