    In this study, the implementation of an adequate tax planning war carried out in the ZK E.U enterprise for the 2018 term, using a work methodology that allowed the identification of problems, the construction of knowledge frameworks, the definition of scope, the formulation of hypothesis, the selection of the simple, the collection and analysis of data, to finally present the company with a report of results. In which it is started that the organization has strengths at a commercial level but that it also has weaknesses at the accounting and tax level, since it evidences the absence of tax advice, financial statements, budgets, a portfolio policy and cash flow, elements that are delivered to the company through formats designed by different authors with the aim of improving the operation of the company.
