    The principal aim of this document is identifies the problematic ones presented in the company Admiralty Holdings of Colombia SAS dedicated to the administration of exemptions. t is used as tool to gather information, a survey to the personnel of the company and the observation, identifying that the major presented problematics is because of the rapid growth that is having, which goes on that the management only focuses in the increase of sales, and after-taste of side important aspects as the human resource and a based structure. The identification of charges and functions, he does not appear in the company either, this is necessary to delegate of correct form responsibilities and tasks, without creating an overcharge of work or an absence of the same one. The problematic ones presented in the company are the lack of structure and organization, high job turnover and under level of commitment with the company on the part of the personnel and with which there appears the principal aim to evaluate the design of the organization in the company Admiralty Holdings of Colombia SAS to propose a structure that integrates the area of human resources as key factor of the improvement in the company And the specific aims to realize diagnosis of the organization across the application of strategic counterfoils that allow to know the current condition of the company, to propose a design of the organization that allows to clarify the responsibilities and functions in the different charges of the company and to define the principal functions of the area of human resources for his integration in the operations of the company.
