    This improvement plan has been made in order to respond to the need to strategically consolidate the actions related to Strategic Planning in the company MaxSuFer, this being a company that participates in the ironmongery market. The objective of the improvement plan is to develop the Strategic Plan that do as a course and fundamental framework for the growth and business projection of MaxSuFer. This will define in a clear, concrete and specific way the horizon towards where the company will conduct; the course or the optimal trajectory that will be described and traversed in order to reach it, as well as the resources, functions and roles. And the necessary team to be able to achieve it. With this, it seeks to improve administrative management, performance, productivity and profitability of the company through the definition, organization and optimization of its operational and administrative processes. This, because it currently presents great opportunities for improvement, to lacking it of planning and organization in its operation and mainly in its administration; which is centralized and is based mainly on empiricism and the intuition of the person who directs it. We identify that the problem to solve is the need to establish the structure of the company, strategically defining the functions, tasks and activities of the areas that will constitute it.
