    Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de hongos Lentinula Edodes (Shiitake) con fines comerciales en el municipio de Funza

    The following work presents a pre-feasibility study in the project to create a company that produces and markets Shiitake mushroom. With which the situation in the national and international market of this type of products is first evaluated, and the situation of the companies dedicated to producing and selling them, followed by market research with which to assess the opportunity and the acceptance value of the incursion of a new product such as the fresh Shiitake mushroom, through different surveys for each of the market niches of interest within the target population, being Funza, Mosquera and the towns of Fontibón and Chapinero in the city of Bogotá. In the same way, the technical aspects necessary for the creation of the company and the obtaining of the product are evaluated; Therefore, the carrying out of six cultivation tests is taken into account to identify the factors that affect the obtaining of a product with minimum consumption characteristics, an organizational study for the legal characterization that the company must have at least for its consolidation, the definition of its processes, the necessary workers and their contractual measures. To finish with the financial study, with which to evaluate the project and its profitability within the five projected years of operation and with which to obtain the indicators such as NPV and IRR, and this determine its prefeasibility of operation.
