    Plan de mejora para el fortalecimiento del proceso de mantenimiento y alistamiento de material en la empresa Melexa S.A.S ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá

    The main objective of the work is to consolidate and propose an action plan based on the concepts and knowledge acquired within the specialization in business management and the evolution corresponding to the subjects of Integrative Seminar I and II, bringing together a series of internal and external factors, in order to provide a holistic view of the company and also have a concrete growth and development panorama based on a “consulting” vision in order to present an improvement opportunities action plan for the area of logistics, specifically within the CEDI (Distribution Center) of Bogotá, in the process of order enlistment. The suggested plan seeks to benefit and touch all the functional processes of the company, evidencing opportunities for improvement, simplifying processes and optimizing current resources through quantitative and qualitative tools that allow decision-making. The proposal is based on the collection of reliable data, which were supplied by senior management stakeholders, with a development orientation and collective effort, minimizing investment risk and limiting the plan in internal resources, seeking to generate a high impact on the processes and how to manage them nowadays.
