    Propuesta del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) según el decreto 1072 de 2015 y bajo la norma ISO 45001 DE 2018 en la empresa Arteaga & Parra Asociados SAS.

    Arteaga & Parra Asociados S.A.S is a columbian company with a based in Bogotá D.C, dedicated to providing professional services in administrative procedures and operational companies, and horizontal property that require it, specializes in providing the operational staff, technical and professional, compliance with the standards of quality required by their customers and protecting the welfare of their collaborators. The work that below is presented searching for determining the current state of the scope of safety and health, in order to propose the design management health and safety at work (SG-SST), for implementing the standard current in Colombia designated in the decree 1072 - 2015 and adopting ISO 45001 - 2018, directing the company to its activities meet the standards minimum defined in the resolutions 1111 – 2017. The project is developed taking as a starting point diagnosis initial, their policies health and safety, and its been with respect to compliance legislative, also evaluated the terms of workplaces, it produced documents for records relevant, requirements and down action to prevent and correct, looking for continuous improvement. Proposed design work plan as a tool essential to record the information and with this, able to run the actions relevant, providing workplaces insurance and better health condition their workers.
