    This work is based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard where the application of this is made to the Fundación Casa de Ejercicios Emaús which seeks to coordinate all the processes within the quality system since the activities developed must be organized in compliance with the normative guidelines. A solution to a problem of directing the foundation under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard is proposed, developing a focus on the client, on the processes and on the development of innovation.
