    This research seeks the articulation of socialization activities to the programmatic spaces of transitory buildings, through collective spaces, to promote social encounters in permanent spaces and generate a change in people's daily mobility. Thus, in a national context, Soacha is a municipality where the dynamics of daily mobility is affected by its situation of Conurbation with the city of Bogotá, establishing dynamics in mobility that generate articulating nodes of displacements on which mobility facilities are proposed within of a general urban network, which will solve the daily mobility problems of the municipality.
