    El modelo de la certificación OEA en Colombia frente al modelo de la certificación CTPAC de Estados Unidos

    Within the dynamics of world trade, countries have proposed different alternatives to manage the supply chain safely, both in Colombia and in the United States, qualifications have been proposed to companies to ensure that they have the best security practices Regarding logistics and customs management, the purpose of this work is to propose improvements for the AEO qualification in Colombia, taking as a reference the certification process called C-TPAC implemented in the United States, for this, this qualitative and descriptive research was carried out taking as a method Klaus Esser's theory of systemic competitiveness which has yielded as main results, among others, the need that Colombia has for a better control system for customs management based mainly on the implementation of new technological platforms, which allow monitoring of state entities and of control as DIAN at on the other hand, it is evident that Colombia needs programs that promote the development and orderly growth of SMES, seeking for them a greater participation within the certification since they are a significant part of the business fabric, another aspect that Colombia must improve to maximize the impact of the OEA qualification is the incentives granted through it and the implementation of free training for companies, seeking to reduce costs to achieve that every day more PYMES are linked to the path of certification.
