    Propuesta de mejora para mitigar desperdicios en el proceso productivo de la empresa Inyectoplast de Colombia S.A.S

    This project aims to propose an improvement plan to mitigate waste of material, time and resources in the process of transformation of plastic by injection in the company Inyectoplast de Colombia SAS and reduce defects in the finished product, based on some tools of Slender manufacturing such as 5`s and standardization of work and VSM (Value Stream Map), that are effective to solve this type of problems related to waste of material and reprocessing. In the first place, the data collection of the production process was carried out and from this the diagnosis of the current state of the company was performed using the diagnostic tools Pareto diagrams, cause-effect diagrams and VSM (Value Stream Map), in order to identify the causes that generate the waste. Consultations and investigations are carried out about the methods applied to solve the identified problems and subsequently the proposal is elaborated taking into account each cause and effect to propose the corrective and / or preventive measures respectively that finally generate more added value in their processes.
