    The main objective of the document describes the labor internship in the finance department of the company PACRICO S.AS. As of August 5, 2019 in order to provide a solution to situations presented, through the analysis to identify the most optimal way to improve the problem in the financial area since they do not have a clear financial organization, due to that there is no person in charge, thus affecting the decrease in income in the company. PACRICO S.A.S is a company dedicated to the distribution of ready and fresh Creole potatoes for the food consumption of Colombian families, it was created in 2015 by Angel Leonardo Parrado Rodríguez; presents problems in the financial area due to the business modality and the empirical form in which it was constituted so that an analysis of the Creole potato production sector was carried out, then the financial diagnosis of the company that refers to the qualitative analysis of financial information in order to finalize with the proposal of a financial plan that allows to improve the financial area of PACRICO S.AS, that is, to apply the knowledge, faculties and competences to solve the problem that is presenting.
