Item El queso holandés: Una estrategia de competitividad, a partir del Comercio Intraindustrial en Europa.Quinche-Pineda, Karen Vanessa; Palacio-Arango, Yessica Lorena; Valencia González, CatherineThe European market is characterised by the competitiveness of the agri-food sector such as fruit, vegetables and dairy products. This research focuses on the study of the CII in the Dutch market, specifically cheese. In Europe there has been an increase in production and export figures in recent years, with the manufacture and marketing of products such as cheese, milk, cream and the like. Countries such as France, Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands generated imports in liquid cream, bulk, cheese, fermented milk and liquid milk. The Netherlands is one of the most important producers and exporters on the European continent of this type of product, a clear case of CII with cheese is evident, since the Netherlands is the second exporter of this product, and, in turn, carries out a number of similar operations on its import, which allows the cheese to be considered as a highly competitive product in this region. The research methodology is mixed, incorporating quantitative research from the measurement of the Grubel & Lloyd Index, and qualitative research into parameters of descriptive explanations. The measurement allows us to conclude that in the case of cheese in the Netherlands it is the most competitive, incorporating the CII.
