    Propuesta de desarrollo para el rediseño del sistema productivo del Auto-Lavado “Patio Uno” utilizando técnicas de Lean Manufacturing y principios de la distribución en planta

    For the development of this proposal, the viability of establishing novel or recent models of operation, production and distribution principles in the plant, which allow to modify old and inappropriate procedures used by the Self-Washing "Patio Uno" is proposed. Therefore, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company will be made in order to show the shortcomings in the operative part and in the legal-environmental administrative part, developing the proposal in three major stages of improvement; Administrative, technical and financial. Through engineering tools, techniques and technological resources, it is sought to optimally organize the establishment in order to comply with current legal and environmental regulations, which is linked to problems of public space, standardization of times, movements and production techniques. . For this it is necessary to know thoroughly the economic activity developed both operatively and administratively identifying critical factors to be able to control them, projecting the company along a path of continuous improvement focused on satisfying the constant demand for services for the general cleaning of vehicles with a high level of quality giving added value to the service and thus, satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers to generate reliability and recognition of our service.
