    Análisis biomecánico con la herramienta ROSA en los trabajadores de la empresa Seidor, Bogotá, 2026

    Using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment tool, the current thesis examines the degree of biomechanical risk in administrative workers at Seidor Colombia in Bogotá during 2026; the study originates from the extensive hours spent in front of computer equipment, which increases the likelihood of suffering from musculoskeletal disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome and lower back pain. The methodology employed consisted of a quantitative and cross-sectional analysis carried out with 57 employes, using ergonomic checklists, surveys on perceived morbidity, and sociodemographic records. The study showed that workers experience constant pain in their hands, neck, and shoulders, worsened by factors such as poorly adjusted chairs, backrests, and screens. The ROSA evaluation revealed that 98.2% of the positions have a "needing improvement" risk and that 1.8% present a "high" risk, requiring adjustments due to the lack of adjustable furniture and the inconvenient placement of work equipment. On the other hand, lifestyle and habits indicated that the pressure on joints and the spine is significantly aggravated due to the high rate of sedentarism 40.5% and overweight over 46%. Regarding the factor of seniority in the job, it demonstrated that continuous exposure to these conditions causes pain to become chronic and symptoms to worsen significantly between 6 and 10 years in the company.
