    The main objective of this project is the implementation of management indicators for the continuous improvement of the company Citiplas Colombia SAS, which constitutes a key factor for the company to evaluate its performance and make decisions in the face of possible difficulties that may arise. they can be generated in the different areas of the company and in this way contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Therefore, a diagnosis of the current state of the company and a documentary search has been structured in relation to concepts such as indicators, efficiency, effectiveness, strategy, results, monitoring and productivity, from books, web pages, articles, and repositories . As a final result, the design and creation of a variety of indicators for the company Citiplas Colombia SAS was obtained; which will be evaluated to create strategies to help verify whether the desired results are being achieved.
