Ospina-Diaz, Carlos David; Arias Arias, Nubia Constanza
Spirituality is not a concept that can be understood only as a religious aspect, therefore to think about it as part of the quality education process implies that it has to be recognized that it is an anthropological dimension, which has been confirmed and studied by genetics, neurology, psychology, philosophy and existencialism, bearing in mind that all of those are identified as part of the integral human being. Therefore, throughout the work in this research article, spirituality is proposed as a necessary dimension to approach, develop, empower and strengthen with students at Agustiniano Norte school, considering that is not a task of a only a single agent, coordinator of responsible person of spirituality or pastoral education, it is essential to be understood as a transversal process to the integral formation of the students and as a reality that must challenge all those involved people in the educational process. Thus, several concrete actions are proposed with the objective of creating a greater impact can be done in the field of the spiritual formation oriented in this institution and through this, the quality education program can be provided with the perspective for the common benefit that transforms the educational perspective.
