The objective of this article is to propose a new business model based on the Hyper-frozen bakery to the company Comapan S.A, in order to increase its competitiveness and growth in the national and international market. In order to carry out this article, a documentary research methodology was applied that allowed an analysis of the company's trajectory, a study of the characteristics of the Hyper-frozen bakery model was carried out, and the aspects to be taken into account for the implementation of the Hyper-frozen model were identified, with emphasis on the companies positioned in the country that already handle this Hyper-frozen business model and their consumption behavior per capita in the bakery sector at an international level. Thanks to this analysis we can conclude that Comapan S.A. has a great opportunity to expand if it implements the model of Hyper-freezing, taking advantage of the trend that people have in this century with their own care, consuming products that are good for their health, fitness and personal appearance so they acquire diet products, low in sugar or without preservatives, totally fresh natural ingredients, in addition to consolidating nationally with the increase of new markets such as Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes (HORECA).
