    The purpose of this undergraduate work is the reengineering of the company PINTURAS DINICOLOR, which has been in the market for more than 15 years, but has reached a point in the life cycle of the company in which it is without growth. , we must bear in mind that structurally the company is stable, it is maintained over time and in the market. Seeking to be competitive in the market for which reengineering tools will be presented in the different areas, supported by preliminary diagnoses that will determine the state of the company with which proposals for improvement will be generated, providing increased sales and business growth. The improvement proposals will be evaluated with the proposed indicators to determine if the proposed objectives fulfilled their purpose, and to determine the success of the project by providing a close relationship between the interests of the employees and the company.
