Plan de mejoramiento para la agencia de aduanas Aviatur. Nivel 1.
Orjuela-Barrera, Astrid Carolina; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson Alonso
The aim of this project is to propose an improvement plan to the Aviatur Customs Agency. Level 1, the purpose is to provide information on the requirements that the company must meet in order to achieve its objective, which is to obtain certification as an Authorized Economic Operator (OEA). To obtain this purpose, an analysis of the regulations was carried out (Decree 3568 of 2011) and the benchmarking tool was applied that allowed the comparison of three agencies that have been granted the AEO certificate with the Aviatur customs agency, concluding through from its analysis that the Aviatur customs agency does not meet two fundamental requirements, such as: a) That the partners, shareholders, members of boards of directors, legal representatives and the direct and indirect controllers of the applicant, during the previous five 5 years, do not have represented companies that have been subject to cancellation of the qualifications of authorization imposed by the DIAN. b) Not having been subject to sanctions imposed by an enforceable administrative act, issued by the ICA, therefore, the company must implement process strategies such as periodic internal audits, in order to evaluate and control the processes carried out by the agency and each one of its areas to verify in each period of time, that the customs agency is fully complying with each of the requirements established to request AEO certification.
