Sensibilización sobre sistema general de riesgos laborales para el sector de “ceramiqueros” de la localidad de Kennedy
Blanco, Leidy Tatiana; Neira Lopez, Monica Andrea; Orjuela Merchan, Adriana Paola; Rodriguez Rojas, Yuber Liliana
The ignorance of laws and norms regarding the general system of occupational risks is a common factor in the working class, given that many of the activities for which they are hired are exercised for a long time, which generates an excessive confidence causing a culture of inadequate habits; This project aims to raise awareness of the general system of occupational hazards for the "Ceramiqueros" sector. To identify the need for this awareness, companies were selected that met legal requirements in their constitution, finally applied to 10 microenterprises with a total of 40 people who voluntarily received training on the general system of occupational hazards with an emphasis on the subject of rights and duties as workers. After defining the group of people, two surveys were carried out: the first of aspects of characterization and the second to identify previous knowledge about the LRMS. Based on the results of the previous surveys, a training schedule was made and the issues addressed; at the request of the participants, a WhatsApp group was created to be more close and able to resolve concerns about occupational risks to employees.
