    Diagnostico competitivo mediante planeación estratégica de la empresa SAJUMA 2.0

    SAJUMA is a company dedicated to providing bill payment services, recharges, money transfers and the marketing of beauty products, offering excellent quality services and products, located in Bogotá in the town of Suba. The purpose of this project presents its first moment, the conceptualization of some strategic planning models recognized within the sector, in order to allow the company to generate a corporate identity, where bibliographic sources are used that support and/or provide concepts and tools that allow the development of the corporate identity when it is new and at the time of its creation. The company will be presented in the following document, based on its needs and current state where the development of its strategic planning will give a corporate identity that allows it to consolidate in its initial stage, thus providing main elements such as its mission, vision, corporate objectives and values ​​to SAJUMA 2.0.
