    This undertaking is based on the growing need for technological accessories, since their acquisition no longer corresponds only to a specific function or objective, but to a complement to the daily lives of all users of electronic devices. Understanding this need, the project was developed focused on the population of Manhattan in New York, with the purpose of expanding the horizons of physical or conventional and electronic commerce, to places where the demand for this type of accessories is growing and its offer It is limited, innovating through the friendly approach, turning this feature into the competitive advantage that differentiates the product from its competitors, without losing style and without sacrificing design and comfort features. The results were obtained through a quantitative investigation, based on knowledge recovered through methods and instruments such as political, economic, social, ecological and legal analysis (better known as PESTEL), and the theory of the diamond or five forces of Michael Porter. After reviewing everything in the light of the methods and theories used, it is possible to determine the feasibility of the project and the possibility of carrying it out in the selected target market.
