    Clinic Medical S.A.S is an institution providing health with 15 years of experience, located in the west of the city of Bogotá, and whose specialty are the cases of traumatology and orthopedics, is focused on providing services with the highest standards of quality, generating satisfaction to their users, but always ensuring profitability and permanence in the health sector, which is visualized as a leading institution in the year 2025. In the exercise of this improvement plan, we show the presence of a problem that affects significantly the quality of care and the satisfaction of users and is the high turnover of staff, with a turnover rate global up to 56% by the year 2018, and with staff retreats of up to 32.25 people per month for a total of 680 employees. Has a presence primarily in the areas of missionary activities of the clinic, to be the positions of nursing assistant, head nurse and assistant of the physical environment, those who present the greater the rotation, being those who provide the direct care to the patients, that is to say the manpower base of the care services provided by the institution.
