    In this document the situation of the drug distribution Company Percosfar Ltda was determined, regarding its weaknesses in the management area, where different evaluation methods were used and the case study methodology was applied analyzing key information of the Company, in order to know and understand its current situation, in order to respond to how to strengthen organizational growth and market expansión for the Company from the implementation of a strategic direction, where the evident state of confort zone in which the Company finds itself was obtained as a result, in addition to por strategic planning that limits its growth, to counteract the difficulty encountered, an improvement proposal focused on a clear Corporate identity according to the Company was designed, as well as a strategic plan composed of five points with which it seeks to generate groth and positioning in the market.
