    Thereby fulfilling the requirements established in the Law 1562 of 2012 and the regulations in force, has been structured the design in the planning stage of the safety and health management system (OSHMS) which has as its purpose the establishment of joint actions between PROLIMZA SAS, workers and contractors in the implementation of the measures of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) through the continuous improvement of the conditions and the work environment, and the effective control of hazards and risks at the workplace. With regard to the above, addresses the prevention of workplace injuries and illnesses, the protection and promotion of workers' health, through the implementation of a logical method and by stages whose principles are based on the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act), which includes the policy, organization, planning, implementation, evaluation, measurement and improvement actions. The OSHMS, is characterized by its adaptability to the size and characteristics of the company, to focus on the identification and control of hazards and risks associated with their activity.
