The present project arises from the need to offer alternatives for the social bonding of people who for a long time dedicated themselves to war as actors of the Colombian armed conflict. With the signing of peace agreements between the government and the guerrillas, the demobilized should be integrated into the productive sector and they do not have the knowledge or skills to achieve a link to the labor market. Soacha as one of the territories that has grown the most in recent years, has received an emergency request for the growth of a paid medical problem. To deal with this problem, choose to undertake entrepreneurship training for people living in this sector, allowing them to demobilize, stop the violence and all participants who learn whatever, through the research team, allowing them to search the organization within their environment and perform the things that allow them to survive and get ahead back all the problems that exist and that came in life. The trainings were held during the month of August 2017, several activities were carried out in which creativity and entrepreneurship were encouraged. The exercise carried out using the pedagogy of the transition of terms, which allows the student to understand the topics for the medium of their own language, in this way, the assistants did not understand how to do the entrepreneurship.
