Which allows to develop a series of proposals, from the organization chart of the company, the process map, macro processes, the characterization of the client, the critical factors for the pursuit of excellence, awareness of the organization in the importance of responsibility social with stakeholders, a strategic verification of quality through an internal audit proposal that identifies weaknesses, strengths and aspects for continuous improvement. In addition, take a look at the competitive environment of Colombia and how the organization can be a relevant factor for the good development of the economy, in addition, since senior management is committed to developing a short and medium term strategic plan that involves all The areas and sea participate from the tactical levels to the operational levels, so that their indicators engage all personnel and seek together the scope of the proposed goals.
