The international markets allow the economic integration of companies that dedicate part of their activities to foreign trade operations, of which imports are part, and although over the years Colombia has captivated European standards, taking the objectives of the bilateral trade relationship between Colombia and Italy will be strengthened as time goes by, therefore once the Colombian trade agreement with the European Union was established on August 01, 2013, the mentioned aspects are intensified in order to achieve optimal international markets in both countries. The ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR COLOMBIA has 62 years of operation in the national territory, providing commercial support to Colombian and Italian businessmen interested in creating commercial ties that strengthen the industries of both nations, with such a broad trajectory it is necessary to involve situations that lead to investigate in each business and relevant commercial field, for this case, be analyzed through the professional internship modality. Due to the above, and following the customs modification carried out in Colombia, included between decrees 2685 of 1999 and decree 390 of 2016, I believe ignorance about the customs legislation relevant to the introduction of food to national territory for Italian companies, based on the foregoing, the implementation of a tool called Dossier was implemented, which will allow the dissolution of the inconveniences and stop impeding the execution of business with Italy.
