    Las Criptomonedas y su aplicación en Colombia

    This project investigate the evolution of "the digital coins", which are known around the world as cryptocurrencies, beginning in the year 2009 with the Bitcoin. This project will assist to find additional information about these coins, such as: the function, contribution and position in the global and national market. Moreover, we will make an analysis about some of the advantages and disadvantages about these coins, and how these can contribute to the Colombian economy. Also, we will make this analysis while focusing on Colombian laws and the economy and ultimately see how it can be beneficial. It is common knowledge that technology alongside communication networks have a important role, on the way information and the development of new tools, such as payment methods can facilitate and streamline processes to users. Which can lead to the market, due to the demand for new alternatives from its agents. Generating better and better proposals to obtaining goods and services in a much safer way, simpler and less expensive way, which is precisely one of the main characteristics of cryptocurrencies.
