    Through this research work, the issue of the Transmilenio feeding routes system that offer their services at (seventh) Bosa location, specifically at neighborhoods: Bosa centro, Bosa Naranjos, Bosa Piamonte, Bosa Estación. The operation of this service is centered at the Transmilenio South Portal. During the course of the research, different topics of utmost importance for the work were discussed, including Service Management and service delivery models related to transport, with the aim of proposing a strategic service model for the company in charge. In addition, the methodology used was descriptive observation and consultation of the different secondary and tertiary sources of information, for example: text books, articles and research papers.
