The problem that could be identified through a preliminary diagnosis for Mallas y Figurados SAS, was the non-structuring, the lack of definition of its main areas and how they were at the initial moment of the investigation, this causes inconveniences, not only in customer service and taking orders, but also when making the due requirement of raw materials and supplies.
