    This document carries out the tax analysis of the company INOX JABG S.A.S, which is recognized for the manufacturing of stainless steel pieces that are distributed in different markets, having a high-quality standard that allows the reliability in the designed product. The implementation of the professional knowledge that allows the study of the same, to direct that the company INOX JABG S.A.S has an internal control and in this way, reduce the issues that are generated by not having a plan of the tax obligations, Armando Parra Escobar is taken as reference in his book “Planeación Tributaria y Organización Empresarial”. The participation of the current regulations allows INOX JABG S.A.S to have greater application and disposition for the prevention of future scenarios, keeping in mind that in the environment there is a tax burden that is greater with the passing of days and it is essential to have a Tax Plan that allows the implementation of norms for the optimization of taxes taking advantage of the benefits granted by law. It is estimated to propose a tax model that can be applied for the next year (2018) where INOX JABG S.A.S will be able to identify some useful strategies for those situations where it could be frustrated, in this way with the plans already mentioned, the tax situation of the organization can be improved.
