During the development of the project and the challenges that occurred along the way, an alternative of community unification for socio-economic improvement in their quality of life through tourism as a tool or instrument to generate resources is presented in an academic sense. with which the population especially the children of the village benefit the bridges in the municipality of Mosquera Cundinamarca, establishing a community tourism program framed in a set of characteristics of solidarity tourism and ecotourism, which is called "tourist sponsorship", gathering characteristics and processes that should be based and demonstrated through research and data collection, applying principles of environmental care, sustainability, sustainability, responsibility and entrepreneurship, all around tourism. Its design and elaboration process was carried out taking into account the opinion of the population and segments that will benefit from this process, in an active participation of the inhabitants and in a joint construction work, it is done after listening to their ideas and knowledge of the places that were established by means of lifting of tourist inventory, nearby attractions are taken advantage of and that are in the environmental process of recovery and protection, it is intended to contribute to the development of the basic plan of territorial ordering where the incidence of the tourism is minimum, socially the childhood is the clearest objective of cultural and tourist development, and benefit of the realization of each activity.
