    Diseño de un plan de bienestar para contratistas basado en un diagnóstico participativo: Una propuesta viable para la Secretaría de Educación de Mosquera, Cundinamarca 2025

    This research presents the design of a comprehensive well-being plan for contractors of the Secretariat of Education of Mosquera, based on a participatory diagnostic approach that integrates both quantitative and qualitative methods. Surveys administered to 82 contractors and semi-structured interviews with institutional leaders revealed key perceptions regarding organizational climate, motivation, recognition, availability of resources and institutional communication. Findings show significant gaps in feedback, leadership support, recognition, participation, and working conditions, all of which negatively affect motivation, organizational climate, and overall well-being. Based on these results, a multi-dimensional well-being plan was developed, incorporating physical, emotional, social, professional, and recognition components. The plan aligns with national public sector regulations and the existing Teacher Well-being Plan, ensuring a legally viable and budget-efficient proposal. The study contributes a replicable model for public entities that rely heavily on service contractors and seek to improve job satisfaction, institutional belonging, and workforce stability.

    The document reflects several of the skills acquired during the course of business management specialization. The objective is determined in designing an evaluation to a company in this case Talleres Bernal Valbuena CIA SAS in which some factors in which the company is failing have been evidenced. Therefore, once the company's errors have been found and traced, an improvement plan is designed with the knowledge acquired and, of course, the implementation is carried out so that the results are evidenced in a timely and quantifiable manner; The exercise has caused different positive impacts for the company, generating increased profits and improvements in the company's processes. A suitable cutting proposal has been designed by means of the planimetry for the assembly of the products, and an inventory control of abrasives (grinding disc, paint, welding).

    Propuesta bajo el modelo de franquicia, para el negocio de comida rápida tickets

    The Colombian business model has engaged in a particular and monotonous model as an expansion since the owner acquires a high risk and investment when he wants to do so. On the other hand, the franchise system presents a form of rapid expansion, without risks and low investment. It is important to highlight the good use and importance of know-how so that it is successful and allows a brand positioning in the market, currently the study of franchises in Colombia is very low since it is a new topic that has been working on world level since the 80s. For this reason, the study of basic elements that make up a franchise with the viability of the business is proposed. Tickets in this model taking as referents authors with experience in the sector at a local level as well as at a world level where has a better development of the theme.
