    The objective of this document is to present what have been the different problems of unplanned growth of the municipalities of the northern savannah of Bogotá in terms of their urban growth and how they have affected the development of a correct conurbation, and a proposal that provides planning corresponding to its current state. Gachancipa is the location of action of this project, it is one of the small municipalities with the highest demographic growth and the highest quantitative housing deficit in the central savannah of Bogotá, which presents us with an opportunity to generate a correct proposal for its urban growth, The aim of the proposal is to reduce the housing deficit and contribute to the urban development of the municipality, through the proposal of sustainable housing with urban development through peri-urban theory that allows a transition between urban and rural.
