    A proposal is presented for the improvement of the processes, procedures and restructuring of Industria PPA SAS, a family microenterprise dedicated to the manufacture of cleaning products, in order to increase their production, increase the levels of customer satisfaction and continue with the plan to consolidate itself as one of the best companies in the sector, through the modernization of the production process. To do this, an analysis of the company's production processes was carried out, as well as a sectoral analysis of the same, through the application of tools such as the PESTEL analysis and the Five Porter Forces, which allow understanding the external and internal environment of the company. Once the intervention problem was defined, the logical framework methodology was applied to identify and select alternative solutions, with their respective financial analysis, and a logical framework matrix was constructed in which a narrative summary of the objectives and activities is elaborate, proposed in the improvement plan, with the design of its indicators, means of verification, purposes, components and activities
