    Propuestas administrativas de mejora orientadas a un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa ADG Autopartes Diésel y Gasolina S.A.S.

    The present work was based on the decree law 1295 of the year 1994, and the sole regulatory decree of the 1072 of 2015., so that they become adjustments both conceptual and operational, as in the change of the denomination, in the system of stop being professional risks, to become a system of occupational risks. This includes the purpose of focusing the mechanism towards the coverage of all workers. On the other hand there is resolution 1111 of 2017, it plays a very important role in this work since it consists of a matrix of evaluation in matters of safety and health at work and its results are focused on legal compliance, having as a fundamental principle the prevention of work-related accidents, for this reason, a diagnosis and a proposal for improvements aimed at the implementation of safety and health at work system for the company ADG Autopartes Diesel and Gasolina SAS, a micro company dedicated to the commercialization of automotive spare parts, is shown. With the base of the results, a proposal with different solutions for each particular problem is presented.
