    Closeando S.A.S, is the organization in which the investigation of this work will be carried out. This company is dedicated to the purchase and sale of new and used clothing through the internet. In this project the proposal for the implementation of the Quality Management System is carried out under ISO 9001:2015, which will allow to organize and have greater control of all processes and activities within the organization. Once the initial diagnosis is made within the company, it is established that the problem question is how to achieve a standardization of processes in Closeando S.A.S, ¿which allows the satisfaction of the needs of the customers of the organization? For the development of this project will use the methodology of descriptive research qualitative type since it allows to know and analyze all the situations, customs and attitudes that predominate in the organization through an accurate investigation of activities, processes and people, not limiting it self to the single data collection but also identifying the relationship between them. In the development of the project, quality tools will be used that will help the organization to improve and optimize all its processes.
