The importance of complying with this documentation is that it responds to current legal regulations in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and therefore before a possible audit by the entities in charge, such as ARL, Supervisors and the Ministry of Labor there will be no sanctions for the organization. Now, in order to strengthen the organizations in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SGSST, the Ministry of Labor promotes the design and implementation and mandatory compliance guidelines to implement the Safety Management System and Occupational Health (SGSST), this System seeks to contribute to improving the quality of life of employees; It is for this reason that the Human Talent Strategic Management work team within the organization structured a Management System for the 2022 term in order to guarantee a favorable environment in the development of the work activities of the collaborators that promot e the increased levels of satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness. Organizations must carry out the design and implementation of the Occupational Health and SafetyManagement System, applying the initial evaluation, which is known as a reflection of the organization and allows to trace the path that must be followed and that will give the guidelines. to develop the work plan, it will also allow organizations regardless of the number of collaborators and the level of risk to reach 85% of the implementation in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. On the other hand, organizations were not prepared to face the pandemic, which brought psychological, economic and labor consequences worldwide, forcing them to adapt and transform their operation, accepting new processes and implementing new strategies to comply with the Management System of Safety and Health at Work. Taking into account that the National Government gives the guidelines for organizations to have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in this way it seeks to solve the following question: How to adapt and strengthen an Occupational Health and Safety Management System?
