    Monster Clothing Store, is a Colombian company dedicated to the manufacture of clothing, since 2005, through an analysis of their transformation processes could be diagnosed inefficiencies throughout the process, this guided the organization to take action on these problems and achieve the improvement of their efficiency goals in the acquisition of raw materials, order deliveries and organization of their process points. The present work consigns the identification of the problematic ones of the productive process of the company Monster, the consultation of antecedents and information resolved in the development of some objectives based on engineering tools, which allowed to establish a proposal for the one for the improvement of the effectiveness of this area. Therefore, a proposal is established based on the material requirements planning (MRP) model
